Inspiring Stories of Azerbaijani Women
A project by GenderTalks Platform, supported by the British Embassy in Azerbaijan. This book presents the stories of 10 inspiring women from modern Azerbaijan—trailblazers who not only achieve success but also pave new paths and expand horizons for future generations. As one of the authors, Leyli Salayeva had the privilege of writing five of these stories. Her own journey is also featured in the book, written by Aynur Zarrintac.

Leyli Salayeva was one of four role models spotlighted in UNICEF and AFFA’s #GirlsCan campaign, using her voice and story to inspire girls to break stereotypes. She further amplified this impact as a panelist at the campaign forum in November 2018, supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
